A good look at various religious cultures throughout the world... a bit brief on some topics (definitely not enough about new religious movements, especially in comparison of the history of Christianity). Gives a good briefing on women in each religious group, as well as current issues facing traditional values which was interesting. Definitely worth the read if you want a broad, unbiased view of a variety of faiths.
