Good starter sales book for those needing to get over the initial hump of What Do I Say When They Say X? Nice to see they break down the psychology of certain aspects of the person you are selling to, and the motivating factors of different prospects. And they are totally correct in saying that sales is all about prospecting, not about closing deals.

Quick and informative

Read the header. The book is a reference and guide to getting through the defenses of prospects in order to make a reasonable sales pitch.
