Washington Whispers Murder

Rate this book
A very well written and exciting whodunnit. Apart from the characters being extremely polite and respectful, it could be set in modern times.

Heiress Molly Brent was traumatized by the deaths of her brothers. Her pain has been exploited by her father's political enemies. But there's a worse threat facing the Brents, and all that stands between them and disaster are Grace Latham and a young woman who may be on the side of her enemies.

Although I've enjoyed other Leslie Ford mysteries, I found this one very slow going. No actual mystery involved.
