Fabulous book for anyone who has just been diagnosed with Crohns or Ulcerative Colitis. Easy to read and follow. Chapters are clearly labeled so it's great when you just wants to re-read something at a later date. Book is also positive which is handy when you first get diagnosed and feel a bit down. Would definitely recommend.

I absolutely loved this book. I found the information it provided to be written in such an easy and comprehensible way without compromising the detail. I liked how the book was selected and how you could easily distinguish between what applied to everyone with inflammatory bowel disease and what was specific to either ulcerative colitis or chron's disease. I very informative read which I would highly recommend to anyone that wishes to learn more about this disease.
