Li apenas as sessões sobre TOC Thinking Process, CCPM e DBR. O livro é bem denso em conteúdo, faz um revisão bibliográfica interessante sobre os temas abordados e oferece uma vasta bibliografia para consulta e futuros estudos. Perde na didática e na coesão do conteúdo - como cada capítulo é escrito por um autor diferente, os assuntos acabam se repetindo e não se percebe continuidade entre os mesmos, ficando sempre a impressão de que "falta algo". Não é um livro introdutório, apesar dos autores não reconhecerem isso.
