a mostly-informative book on fast food that at times read more like watching a 1970's informercial, but I did learn some fascinating facts, even if the material was just a bit to dry for my test. Let me put it this way, if this book was a Burger, I would eat it if I had to but would ask for a refund if I couldn't.
