Excellent book. I am able to do most of the exercises, but not all - went through everything with my physiotherapist and he which ones not to do. I like that the book does not have too many words, and lots of pictures. It also tells you not to do certain exercises if you have a certain injury, which is helpful, though I took the extra precaution of asking my Dr. For sure a book I will be using for a while until I can do more strenuous exercise.
