As a layperson aiming to understand behaviour theory to be used in my study in physical sciences, I think this is the perfect resource for a foundation in the subject. With no prior knowledge I was able to build my understanding from Darwin to Descartes to Pavlov right through to the more complex behavioural psychologists of the 20th century.
