i dont follow the program, but i learned a lot from this book. like how hormones affect to fat loss, and there are some recipes too.

Pretty thorough. Seems like a program that would work. The use of supplements in different phases seemed a bit complicated. I'm looking for something a bit simpler to try out but may go back to this if I don't find a program that works for me.
