This is a book that would help anyone who is raising a child. As they all go through stages of defiance, this book gives honest, practical methods of stopping the behaviour before it begins or stopping it when it is in progress. It is even helping with the long ingrained behaviour issues my foster kids are showing. A must read for anyone dealing with children on a daily basis.

A good reminder of things I had already read elsewhere. Some helpful suggestions.

hard to believe this was published in 2010. I would love to know what library keeps materials from view/self-serve access behind a desk.
