This is a very old book, 2002, but provides good overview strategies on risk assessment and mitigation. It does not, however, provides fundamentals of risk management, although it isn't the primary focus of this book anyway.

More of a history book, as it was written in 2002, so a lot of the info is dated. But there are still some lessons to be learned here.
