The Corpening sisters have great ideas. Their flavors are spot on and there is something new & different for everyone. I used this book regularly when catering. A rule of thumb: kids will eat anything on a stick, and so will adults.
This is a book I picked up from the library because it inspired me to do a skewer party next month. Aside from the standard bamboo skewers, this book provides additional ideas on having a great spread of sweet & savory foods on a stick. From this book, I've been able to plan a great skewer party which will coincide with a marinade & dressing cooking class I'll be teaching.
