Lots of science stuff, but there are many many important and valuable information that can help you. Also, recipes are include, and if you come from third world country, most of the recipes are useless.

This book has a lot of dry science information in it. It's great information and I'm so happy I read it but it definitely wasn't enjoyable or entertaining.

Skeptical but does not hurt to read and see what type of solution he offers.... Diet/vitamins seem key. It says no bananas which is ODD to me, considering I have one every day for the potassium and to help my muscles :)
