Clarence Bass is a fitness genuis. He has figured out a way to have six pack abs at 76 years old. Unlike many of the "low carb" gurus who never really even looks anywhwere near what Clarence Bass looks like. He also only lifts weights one time per week.
He is living proof that we can stay young, lean, and strong at any age. I am very thankful to have role models like him. I love this book. I am 37 years old and can see my own six pack which is important because I want to know that the exercise I am doing is producing results. Keep on rocking in the free world Clarence!

Bass is famous as the "Ripped" guy; this was written when he was in his 60s I think, and a good read.
