Watched but not Read. Astounding movie and story. I don’t know how they made it to have all seven sisters to look exactly the same. It reminded me (that’s the beauty of watching a movie as you can ponders the same time) of the law in china of one child family and the atrocities that was made to the Chinese girls and the killing of baby girls, as most if not all families wanted boys.

I don’t know who made the people act like Gods. Don’t they know that there are volcanoes, tsunami, wars, earthquakes, drought, and bad governments that killing is its first reason for survival?

I am totally against birth control and restricting human beings from having any number of children. I studied Malthus and hated his theory. We can live regardless of any economic theory and those that can live to a 100, and consume more of this earth’s resources so be it, and if a woman wants to carry a child at sixty just let her be.

I must find the book. It sounds great. of course I am not sure if the book and the movie are the same. As there is no mention of the author’s name anywhere

P.s if you are a softy like me, then don’t watch the movie, there is so much blood and killing that goes on in it.

This is a really good book and movie about how 7 sisters lived in a life where you can only have 1 child because where they were required to have kids but are limited and how they each had to choose and survive through a different type of day starting with Monday. As they grow, we could see their differences and how they may be twins but will have their own likes and shares of taste and what they do with their day. This all changes when Monday goes out but never arrives home on time and isn't seen by anybody the whole day. When one of them falls in love is hard to understand the purpose of having to switch every day, when you could just be yourself and be with the person you love. This creates much confusion for one of them and she decides that it's better to change the way things have been for years and make her the only one with the name.

This is a disturbing book. The premise if the book is about limiting the number of children, especially girls in a country. I don't want to give the story away, so that's all that I will say about this book.

In the future parents are only allowed 1 child, and siblings are told they will be frozen. The strict government raided homes and made life miserable for them. There are many twists with the 7 hidden siblings and a dramatic ending.

This is a really good book and movie about how 7 sisters lived in a life where you can only have 1 child because where they live everything is limited and how as they got older you can see how different they are and the how the gov. treats ppl that have more than 1 kid .

Great read. Imagine living in a world where you could only have 1 child. Yet there are 7 children who have to stay home everyday unless it's your day to go out. So no one can tell and think all of you are one child. It's edge of your seat kinda book.
