Experience the thrill of the chase, the terror of the unknown, the brilliance of Cutter and his team in these fantastic novelisations from Puffin. Hugely collectable these books will be tracked down by Primeval fans.

She's also written film and TV tie-ins including The Golden Compass, Happy Feet, Robin Hood and Shoebox Zoo, plus non-fiction titles and joke books. Kay lives in Hampshire with her husband and her little girl, and writes from her office overlooking a massive eucalyptus tree.
It was a cheap novelization of the first 2 episodes. It was like BBC gave the writer the scripts for the episodes and filled them in with creative details to hidden a hacked-up piece trash 3 rate rip-off.
My ten year old found this series on streaming recently and loves it (he's a serious dinosaur nerd). He wanted the books to read when he doesn't have screentime. Easily a five star read for him. And he can't wait to read the others.
A novelization of several episodes of the BBC TV series where rips in time, the Anomalies, allow dinosaurs to invade modern England. The team of Professor Nick Cutter, Stephen Hart, Claudia Brown, Connor Temple, and Abby Maitland first come together and begin to deal with these creatures.
The prose flows nicely here and made for a very quick read.
Don't get me wrong, I like this series, but what is this book for? Is it for people who haven't watched the show? Then it hasn't got nearly enough description, and how would they come across it? Is it for people who have? Then why the hell would they need what's basically a fleshed out transcript?
Very quick read. Seems like they cobbled several episodes together into 1 mini novel. I think it reads best with some understanding of the show. Definitely written for a younger reader.
