I've noticed in the last year or so that I'm losing my mind. Rather, I've noticed that, uh, well, something. I can't remember. Oh yeah! I've noticed that I can't remember things. So my dear husband got this book for me from the library. What I got out of it is a more scientific explanation of the "use it or lose it" reasoning in regards to the human brain. Then there were a bunch of "neurobic exercises" to try, mostly simple things like closing your eyes while navigating your home, or writing with your non-dominant hand. I enjoyed the science, but was bored by the exercises. Not much I can do about that. I'll probably still try some in an effort to save my brain from atrophy.

ok, I didn't expected this book will transform my brain into Einstein's but...the exercises were ok, sometimes fun, but it wasn't so amazing I was expecting. Good for some brain training, but I wanted a but more - maybe I wanted my brain feel stiff?? LOL!
