Book 4

I really never got to care about the characters or the plot, both really lame. In this installment we get introduced to the wolf pack, but this is a very weird wolf pack ,never read about one like this before. We have a pack living all together on a weird kind of mountain loft and spa where each of them work and enjoy it. The new Luna is actually a were-Puma, so other strong females from the pack don't want her there. We see how the new Luna confronts them but in a very deplorable way, she treats them like dogs. The book is written in a very informal way, tending more to the funny & comical side but I never felt like laughing. I just didn't care for this story at all, I'm just giving 2 stars to it because the other characters from the series make an appearance.

Book 2 was a bit better but not much. I don't even feel like making a review of it. I just don't recommend this series. To paranormal-romance fans will feel like an insult of traditional paranormal. Maybe this could be better if you're looking for a light and funny read, then maybe you could enjoy it more, but I'm not sure. I have no idea for why this series has such a high rating. If any of you finds out let me know. I just finished it because I have this tendency to always finish a series I start and the books were really short so it's not like it was a huge burden.

Steel Beauty Halle Pumas, Book 4
Belle is forced to recoup from an injury away from her pack, in Halle. She knows who her mate is but can't do anything about it until she is healed. Rick is the pack alpha and not happy that his mate has been injured or that the Pumas are keeping her from him. The story was very sweet and sexy. I really enjoy the Halle Shifter stories.

Gab knows that Sarah is his mate but when offered a high ranking position in the shifter world, he takes it and puts his mate on hold. Sarah knows she is Gab's but apparently he has decided he doesn't want her. This story was FANTASTIC. The miss communication and the fears that Sarah owns are not out of the realm of possibility. Gab makes some pretty stupid mistakes and has a lot of graveling to do. My only issue with this story is the sub/ dom side story, it just made me angry.
Overall I enjoyed this book quite a bit and recommend this series to fans of Paranormal Romance and mild Erotica.

The stories of two pairs of shifters in the Halle Pumas Series Book 4 in the series is Steel Beauty. Belle is a puma whose mate, Rick, is a wolf. Their story covers a serious injury and lengthy recovery to Belle that's has kept her from mating with Rick. There is a conflict within the Poconos Wolf Pack that has to be delt with. Book 5 Only in My Dreams Gabriel has been recruited to become a Hunter and the training takes him away from Sarah before they mate. There are conflicts to be overcome.

It has been a little while since I read this book but here is what I recall...
I love the series!! Yummy romance involving shifters. Plenty of steamy action and a touch of humor!
Definitely a series to get into! I started it and didn't stop until I reached the last book that was released! I am always looking for the next book!

I just love the confidence in these men/ alphas. There is something supremely attractive in a man who knows what he wants and goes to get it. And there is nothing sexier than a confident woman strong enough to stop him from getting away with it. The constant push and pull, his strength balanced by her wisdom. Because let's face it, these alphas have a lot of stupid moments, but none with malice. I enjoyed these two romances, and cannot wait to read more from Miss Dana.

#4 This was a good book. Rick was an awesome hero – tough, protective, alpha to the core but so sweet and tender with Belle. My favorite of the series.
#5 was another good story in this series. Gabe was delicious! The heroines all seemed to be cookie-cutters of each other, but overall I liked it.

Good stories but i believe you would enjoy them more if you had read others in the series prior to these two.
