Ægte brøker

Rate this book

This was the last book i was forced to read in public school, and that may be one of the reasons why i kind of dislike this book.

This book is very slow but then again, not slow at all. The most weird part about this book is the characters, because one of them is just plain psychotic while the other actually is pretty normal, of course, beside his homocidal thoughts.

The story line is also way to slow-paced, and it just makes the book kind of boring, because the storyline is actually an awesome idea, it was just not adapted to it's full potential.

But there is just some majorly weird dimension to this book, that makes me strongly dislike it.

The writing, though, is pretty freaking, amazing and i love Wung-Sung's writing style in his other books. It really is just this one book, as an exception, that is not my taste.

This is a very well written book, with a very important message.
The characters were very well written. Janus evolved immensely throughout the book, he went from a very lonely boy, who hated life to someone who finally had a friend and appreciated life.
Meanwhile we had Markus who did not evolve throughout the book, but we just got more information about him. Until the end when we had all his dark secrets.
The book was very realistic, the only thing that was unrealistic was the fact that it was so easy to get a gun. That would not have been the case in real life, since getting a gun in Denmark is a very hard task.
Overall I enjoyed reading this book.

Wild and unique

This book is very special, has a lot of references to Ancient Rome and Greek mythology.

Very moderen and interesting, especially if you like psychology

I highly recommend this book! When I read it for the first time, I was a little confused at first, but after that I got started with the book,I really liked it.It does not take very long, and can easily be read again, which helps to understand it better!
