There are so many errors in this manual it's hard to believe there was an editor. Case in point- chapter 2: the translation and thesaurus features don't work in the exercise Chapter 8 - Solver doesn't work and in fact is missing from the toolbar. The Analyzing Data feature is not visible either. In the context of the exercises this is irritating. Chapter 9 - the slicer feature is buggy. You can not select multiple regions unless they are listed together on the list. Using control and shift keys do not work to enable this.
I'm a little over halfway through the manual but it's already frustrating.
This book left me a bit disappointed. For me, the exercises were too short and unconnected to one another. There should have been a chapter wide exercise in each chapter where each step directly builds on top of the previous one. I don't see why it couldn't have been included for those who wanted more focused instruction.
