A useful little book which I read very quickly. It was one that was recommended to me by my counselor. I have suffered from reactive depression as a result of long term stress & over work. It is not a pleasant experience for the sufferer but it is also a pretty horrible experience for their nearest & dearest. Depression makes you unpleasant to live with & does have an impact that radiates out from you. This book has in mind two sets of people. The sufferer & those most especially those close to you who suffer as a result of your depression. In short, it helps to promote greater understanding & more generally the overall healing process as fences are mended.
