A great fictional account on the life of a boy and his responsibilities as a cowboy. It even included him looking up things on his computer to find out cattle care!

The dialogue, illustrations, and perspective this book offers make it perfect for my preschool kids' story time. As a children's librarian, I always appreciate a non-fiction book which succeeds at engaging, entertaining, and educating children, all while meeting them at their level, and this book accomplishes all four. Recommended for young cowboy fans!
