I'm so in denial mode about having to say goodbye to my free time.

Something weird happened in the last few months and it's like my eyes finally figured out how to look at comics. Which sounds silly I know, but untill recently when my eyes looked at a page they would look at the whole thing at once and try to plow through all the text on a page at the same pace that I would if I would read a book of nothing but text, OR I would try to force myself to look at each drawing like I was at an art gallery or something and it would take too long. It's only lately that my eyes have been taking in the art and the text of each one panel at a time, I mean I always knew that's what was supposed to happen but I only got the hang of it recently, and it makes such a difference.

I did like this volume better than the last one but this is another one of those books that I never know whether put it into the 3 or 4 stars category. Blain has really grown on me though.

Again though, the format for French comics is so horrible. It's too big and clunky to carry around and as a hardcover it weighs my bag down way too much to make lugging around a mere 45 page book worhwhile. I mean I need two of these just for it to last my entire commute.
