My first yoga book ever! The great inspiration that started this journey!

Some of us do yoga for pain or stretching. I mention this due to the introduction which includes the all too often tie to some beam of light in one's bedroom one random day and then, "My mission is to do yoga all the time everywhere in spendy yoga gear!"

December 31, 2022My first year of yoga in the park was something like learning to square dance. The music was mellower but everyone seemed to know the steps. This tutorial gave me a few Arthur Murray patterns and my go-to warmup routine.

any time I think "I should stretch", I do the first three exercsises: shoulder rolls, elbows out, and neck roll.
that said, I gave it away cuz wasn't really using it but a good intro book.

I use this book everyday, either from memory or by turning the pages. It is a good way to begin yoga and a path to continue yoga. It was not a mistake this book found me 10 years ago.
