What's not to like? A lot of sauces to meet a variety of needs: salad dressings, marinades, salsas, dessert, pastas, cheese and butter spreads, etc. I'll be buying this one.

Amazing!

Wanted to learn how to make basic sauces and marinades, and this book really helped!
