GREAT SHORT STORY

After being very badly attacked by her ex boyfriend Addie moves in with her sister. She gets a waitressing job at club Vitali. Dimitri the manager is tall dark and gorgeous, but what Addie doesn't know is he's a vampire.

Great short story from this author, I liked the characters a lot, Addie is very likeable while Dimitri is dark and sexy.

Hot little romance 3.5 stars.

Addie and her sister Sersha are leaving their old lives behind and starting fresh, this fresh start finds them working in a nightclub where Addie is drawn to one of the owners Dimitri which is strange since she generally avoids contact with men but then Dimitri is more than he seems.
This is a great hot little read.

Eternal Promise was a relatively short read. Not quite a novella but not quite a full length novel either. The story was okay. It wasn't my most favorite read and not my worst either. The story of Addie's abuse by Joel was the most descriptive portion of the story. The rest of the story was vague. I would have liked to have seen the relationship develop between Addie and Dimitri. They seemed to just fall into a romance and "poof"...they are bonded mates. Addie's ready acceptance of vampires and the fact that she was one was totally unbelievable. You've got a hunk of a mate and you can't see daylight EVER again and you're just A-Okay with that?!? Umm...I think not! The confrontation with Joel was too rushed. There was no leading up to it...just another "poof"...and there it was. So, Ms. Snow alluded to the fact that it could be Joel by mentioning the mysterious flowers that were on her doorstep but how did Joel get in her bedroom closet without she or her sister noticing his presence. Again...unbelievable.
