Thor:

Protocol. Routine. Control.

Not anymore.

My life turned on a dime in the blink of an eye. From making pancakes for the curvy redhead I met at the club, to being the single dad of an autistic, eleven-year-old boy.

I need help.

She needs a job.

I’m usually a one-and-done kind of guy, but she draws me in, holding me hostage with her green eyes and sass.

I’m playing with fire. But maybe this time, I want to burn.

Addison:

Things I expect after a one night stand: breakfast, small talk, maybe even another O before the awkward walk of shame in last night’s clothes.

I don’t expect to open the door to his house and find a kid surrounded by all his earthly possessions.

Fired from my job, homeless, and the perpetual screw-up of my family... How can I even think about caring for someone else’s child when I’m incapable of looking after myself?

**Please note** This book contains one pseudo-MMF scene where one M acts as a mentor to another though it is not a full MMF/doing-the-deed scene.

I received this ARC and am leaving an honest voluntary review….

Wow what a read. Loving BDSM tropes this story did not disappoint. The evolving relationship between Adi and Thor was amazing. They had past traumas to work through along with the new lifestyle dynamic and a shocking twist leaving the pair with lots of drama to work through. Their story was so realistic. You can see how they mentally and emotionally tackle these issues. The spice was next level, the side characters were spot on. It all came together so nicely. I can’t recommend this book enough. I look forward to reading book 2 of the series. Great read, perfect spice, character development, and original story line. This will definitely be a series favorite for me.

I read this as a ARC read and these are my honest thoughts and opinions on the book!

I wanna just say OMG! I love it! Thor and Addison are amazing characters! The author did a wonderful job, with not only the general story line but the whole book! Reading this book made me relate to Addison so much because she’s chubby like me. The banter and internal thoughts the characters have had me laughing the whole time! I really wish I could re read this for the first time because it was so so good!

Ok, I must confess, it feels like I've been waiting for this book FOREVER. I remember reading Addison and Thor's first meeting in Two for Boarding and salivating over them. Well, Lasairiona sure didn't disappoint! Their dymanic is swelteeing and had me warming up quite a few times. I absolutely loved this book and now can't wait to see where the other characters take her on her writing journey.

It may be cliché to say it yet again, but I was 100% hooked right from the very start. Addison is a talented woman who keeps trying to make it in this crazy world only to have the rug pulled out from her on multiple occasions. And with a less than supportive family, she does what she has to to keep her head above water. Something she should be proud of. Thor is a man of many talents both in and out of the bedroom or dungeon. He is extremely smart and successful in his day job and loves his night job. He thinks he has his life figured out, one and done, no repeats, until he meets Addison. His life is turned upside down when his 11 year old autistic son Matthew, who he didn't know existed, is dropped off at his front door holding a note. Lasairiona takes us on an amazing journey as Addison and Thor find their way through all of the turmoil in their lives.

After seeing how Matthew connects with her, Thor asks Addison to provide care for his son. After much thought and no other good prospect to make money, she accepts. She's not confident in her ability, but he is. What I love is seeing these two main characters support each other so much. They were instant cheerleaders for one another, the way it should be. There are ups and downs in their journey, some AMAZING scenes that crank the heat up (the stairs, OMG 🥵🔥🫠), and an in-depth look into life with an autistic child 💜. I would never say I now know what it's like, but Lasairiona gives us a small glimpse of the challenges that families deal with on a daily basis. Thank you for giving us this prospective.

This book gave me all the feels. I laughed, I cried, I overheated, but most of all, I just simply loved Thor, Addison, and Matthew. The way Lasairiona wrote this young boy, I just wanted to sit with him and share his love of hockey with him. I'd like to give him a big hug too, but maybe we would work up to that, lol. Plus, we have the same favorite animal. Who doesn't love polar bears?!?!?!

Oh, and that bonus chapter, holy h-e-double hockey sticks! I didn't want it to end! SO DAMN HOT!!!

Lasairiona, you've done it again. This new series is 🥵🔥. Like I've said before, you have an amazing talent, a TRUE talent, and I am so grateful you allow us all to go on this journey with you. As long as you keep writing, I know I'll have amazing books and characters to read.

To anyone thinking they might want to read this book, GO GET IT NOW! This is one of my favorites she has written, and you need it in your life. Definitely deserves more than 5 ⭐️'s.

When I saw that Lasairiona Lewis was a new pen name for one of my favorite authors, I was excited to see what she would come up with. And I can definitely say that I wasn’t disappointed!

“Control” is the first book in Lasairiona Lewis’ The Protocol series, and it’s Thor and Addison’s spicy, swoony love story. They had this amazingly intense connection, and I was intrigued by them from the very beginning.

Thor and Addison have one incredible tonight together, but when an eleven year old son that he didn’t even know existed is dropped off on Thor’s doorstep, he does his best to change his priorities so he can step up and be the father Matty needs him to be.

One of the things I loved about this book was that both Thor and Addison were extremely devoted to Thor’s son, Matty. Matty is autistic, and as someone who is on the spectrum, I felt like Lewis really did her research about what it’s like to be neurodivergent.

I also really loved Thor and Addison’s dynamic, I thought it was really well-written. Thor worshipped the ground Addison walked on, and Addison did her best to make sure both Thor and Matty felt safe and cared for. I would highly recommend if you’re okay with the trigger warnings!

Spanking Good Read

First of all, Addison's family is full of jerks. There. I said it. Full on jerks. These interconnected series have that much in common. There's hockey, crappy family member(s), and trauma to overcome. That being said, the tension between Thor and Adi was out of this world and I'm glad that they explored those sparks. The author did a good job sort of educating without making it seem like education. At least in regards to ASD. As for the lessons learnt at Protocol -- hot diggity dog.

My first book by this author and definitely not my last.

Loved the interaction between Addison and Thor, and Adi's inner monologues had me howling. Add in Thor learning to be a father to the son he hadn't known anything about and it's a winner in my eyes

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

“Are you always so cocky?”
“ I prefer confident. Cocky suggests I can’t follow through on my promises”
(Queue the cream)

This might be a long review because I have so many feelings and thoughts.

First, I adored this book and I adore the author. The way she managed to convey certain aspects of BDSM and kink world is so intricate that I am learning new things every time I read one of her books.

I love how Lasairiona explains real situations within a Sub/Dom dynamic. She talks about hard limits, communication always being the most important thing in the relationship. She talks about how aftercare isn’t just for the Sub and in-fact can and probably will help a Dom not drop too.

The way she talks about it is actually very emotional, especially when all the insecurities and horrible thoughts about oneself is involved. As much as a Sun needs to be taken care of by their Dom, said Dom needs just as much care, just in a different way.

Now onto the fun stuff, Thor can play with my ‘Badonkadonk’ any time he bloody well likes. Thor has a past that knocked his confidence in pursuing relationships, until in walks Adi. Beautiful, plus sized and delicious Adi, she knocked him for six. When Thor suddenly has his 11 year old autistic son dropped on his doorstep without even knowing he existed, Adi thinks whatever they started was done for, especially because ‘she doesn’t do kids’ HAHA. Thor with his wicked tongue and beautiful heart won Adi over.

Some of my favourite words and quotes:
.Bandonkadonk
.Crotch Goblins
. Killing women with ass smacks and countless orgasms.

Now for an honourable mention to Austin, I love you. You’re still my favourite…. For now. (Go read two for boarding)

Within the dynamic of a Dom and Sub accidents can happen, and yes they sometimes are simply just accidents. But what I loved most in this book was the fact that when an accident did happen, he still cared about her aftercare. So when she ran to her best friend and her Dom boyfriends house. He took over and helped her with her aftercare. Because Thor trusted him enough to ask for his help. That is so special.

Finally, I am so incredibly grateful and thankful to be on the arc team for Lasairiona, not only does she interact with us all, she also answers any questions we may have and is always very open about the kink world that she writes about. I truly cannot wait to see who is next in this new series she is writing about. Thank you so so much for this arc. I am in love.

Psst, Slade = Mine.

When control is your strength, but suddenly it’s all out of control…

Whenever Addison goes to ‘special’ club Protocol, she cannot stop herself from fantasizing about the hot Viking at the bar, better known as Thor.
Even when her life is falling into pieces, she keeps on dreaming about that Beast giving her the biggest relief she needs.
Luckily for her, Thor is attracted to the curvy redhead too, and the hottest one night stand in the world is about to take place.
Both Thor and Addison know that only one night is on the table, but the pull is too strong. Yet everything changes when Thor’s eleven – year – old son is standing at his door. A son Thor didn’t know about and is autistic.
Thor never expected to be a single dad, as his whole world is turned upside down. And Addison isn’t sure she can take care of Matty, as she cannot even take care of herself…
But how will things go when the attraction between the Viking and the redhead is too hot for words?

O
M
G
!!!

I am a big fan of Lasairiona’s books, and I know even before reading one word that I will absolutely fall in love with her characters and the story.
With the new Protocol series I knew things would heat up even more compared to her other books, but when you love an author, you love all her sides!

But I have to admit, after those first few chapters, I was a bit afraid the focus would be too much on the physical activities, and not the development between Thor and Addison. Yet this is also my own fault, as I just ignored the blurb and headed straight into the book.

Now, I am not a prude, and have read several books which included very heated moments. So I was fully prepared and even curious to read about the one night kink fest! And I knew this author would make me fan myself as for sure things would get hot hot hot!
And hot hot hot they were! And there were a lot of those moments!
And that was why I was a bit scared it would turn into a story with too much focus on the activities and not on the characters.
But I was wrong wrong wrong! And I am not afraid to admit it!

First of all, we have Addison. Poor Addison! Not only does the book start with her losing her job, and the risk of ending up homeless, but she also doesn’t have a real support. Her family is all too ready to point out ‘all’ of her failures, never actually giving a helping hand or a shoulder to cry on. They are all there to point finger at her, showing her how she just fails at everything and what kind of screw – up she is.

And that angered me so much, because haven’t we all screwed up at least once in our lives? Reading about the incident that took place when Addison was younger, made me even more angry! Yes, Addison should have been ore responsible, but she grew up goddamnit! Just because she messed up once badly, doesn’t mean she is an irresponsible person, who will f*ck up at every occasion!
I got even more furious to see how her own family made Addison doubt about herself in so many occasions, even afraid to chase her own dreams. Dreams that are worth taking the risk if I may say so.

But Addison is also an amazing woman, a curious woman and a woman that in many ways felt so recognizable to me.
I loved to see how Addison being a real person, not a character that is perfect inside and outside. No, she has her own insecurities, and her being ‘curvy’ added only more to her charm.
Her curiosity made it easier for mine, as she had questions I had myself, and I got answers to all of my questions thanks to that shared trait.
And we have of course the same attraction for the same man, being Thor.

Having that kind of name, it’s easy to imagine his features, and I have to admit, if he were real (if anyone knows that kind of person for real, DM me! 😊) I would have the same fantasies as Addison did!
While at Protocol and even between the sheets, Thor screams Alpha man from every pore, we also see a completely different side. He cares about his one night stands, even if they are only in his bed for one night. And even if he is very dominant, the aftercare and wellbeing of his partner is just as important as his satisfaction, if not even more important.

And while he emanates Alpha from every pore, we see his gentler and more ‘human’ character the moment Matthew/Matty appears on his doorstep.
We see this amazing Viking struggling not only coming to terms on being a father, but parenthood in general, and even more specific, being a dad to Matty.

How can you not fall in love with Matty? I can only try to imagine what it’s like to be autistic or how to be parent of an autistic child.
Yet I admired both Thor and Addison in their search for finding an answer to all the problems Matty has to endure.
My heart broke seeing Matty struggling so much, even about things that I never stopped to ponder about. Yet my heart warmed also to see how Matty in his own ways opens up and feels at home with Thor.
From the moment Matty arrives on the scene, the story takes a more heart – warming turn, while before it more a heated book.

We see Thor and Addison trying to adapt to a changed world for them. But we also see them relying more and more on each other, comprehending each other in a way the both never expected. And they also learn from each other, inside the bedroom but mainly outside.

I just *devoured* this book, as it was a heated story (and I am not talking about the bonus scenes!) but it was also a story about two people with their own issues and demons. Even when things seems to go terribly wrong, Lasairiona shows us that making errors is human, and that even when trust seems to be broken, with time and patience, trust can come back, even with a vengeance!

And Lasairiona shows us also that real life comes with challenges. But it’s those challenges that make life exciting and worthy. Because when something (or rather someone…) unexpected stands at your front door, it can be the start of a life you never imagined.
And having the right person by your side, will make this new direction (or rather slightly changed) direction an amazing journey.

Lasairiona has truly warmed me up for this Protocol series, and I cannot wait to read more in this series!

Control is a brand new series from Lasairiona Lewis aka Lasairiona E McMaster. And let me tell you it’s absolutely incredible. At first I didn’t know how I was going to feel about this story. But once I started I couldn’t put this story down.

I just adore Addison so much, she has many obstacles in the beginning with work and where to live. You feel for her so much, especially when she talks with her family. I love how attentive Thor is with her, and being there for her and encouraging her passion. She is just the right girl for him.

When Thor life takes an unexpected turn he does everything can to be a great father to his autistic son Matthew ‘Matty’. It so great to see how he will do anything to make him feel comfortable with him and others. It a learning curve for the both of them. And it’s great to see their interaction.

I absolutely recommend this story and give it a try. You won’t be disappointed and without giving too much away this steam is everything with this too.

Check for trigger warning.

ARC review!
From pave one this hot and steamy dom/sub culture read had me hooked. The story starts out with a group of girls going to a kink club (protocol) as a fun night. That night turned wild when Addie sees her next target sitting at the bar (Thor). Little does she know this expected one night stand is about to take a wild ride of emotion, surprises, and second chances. Learning thus sub culture can be hard to navigate but Lasairiona does an amazing job weaving in everything that comes with it for understanding. If you want hot, spicy, "50 Shades" leveled at the f#$k up, this book is for you! I'm so excited to read the next book(s) in this series!!

Another winner from Lasairiona! It’s no secret that I enjoy this author’s writing. There’s always a great plot and characters that are so relatable. And of course the romance is always top tier. The only thing that I was a tad nervous about reading was the BDSM aspect of the book. But I ended up really enjoying it! There was so much trust, care, and communication to Addison and Thor’s relationship. Plus the spicy scenes were next level! And I loved how supportive others in the community were, especially Thor’s friends. On another note, I adored Thor’s son Matthew. I loved seeing him, Thor (and Addison) find their stride after being sort of tossed together.

Control was an amazing start and I can’t wait to see where the rest of the series goes!

Be sure to check TWs

Phew! Hot 🔥 🥵 I love when a new ARC drops on my day off and I can chill under a blanket with a cold drink and a hot as hell book. And control is just that. 🌶🌶🌶 written in a way you can feel every line as the characters enact them. I love the dynamic between these two. And the fact that I am too a curvy, curly red head just made it all the better!! My imagination just ran wild! Can't wait for the rest of this series.

I really enjoyed this, I love a good BDSM romance. Thor was such a lovely Dom, strong, hot and capable, but also showed his own vulnerable side which is a bit more unusual for a Dom (who often don't ever make mistakes.... yeah right!) Addison was adorable and funny too, but with her own insecurities. With the unexpected addition of young Matthew, these two helped each other grow and heal. Throw in some steamy, sizzling scenes and this was a winner!

control

This book was wonderful in a completely different way than I expected it to be.
I went in not even reading the blurb, just purely off recommendations of people on a FB group and BDSM/Dom world.
And it did in fact bring that. But also it brought so much character growth and strength with matty and his appearance and watching a man who only knew how to help people, not be able to help in many situations, grow into a much more mature person and I think that’s why I loved the relationship with Thor and Addison so much more in the end. Cause at the start when the lady literally ran away, I didn’t like her very much.

But like I said. Much growth. Lots of heat. Lots of love.

(I received an ARC for this book)

Trigger Warnings include:
mention of sexual assault, missed safe word in a scene (on page), child abandonment, a child who is autistic (unsure/inexperienced adults in his presence), discussion of a near death experience of a child. D/s dynamic, BDSM elements including: impact play, edging, bondage, exhibitionism, MFM scene, FF impact play scene (there is no penetration outside of the main couple)

I need to preface this by saying Austin and Kenzie are my Lasairiona MVP couple. So when I found out Thor and Protocol were getting a spotlight, I was like YES PLEASE! And in true Lasairiona fashion, this is SO much more than just a book involving BDSM and power dynamics! Addison had Thor set in her sights, and she was persistent enough to catch him. And he wanted to be caught. It was what came after that NONE of us were expecting! Thor’s life is flipped upside down, and just when he’s ready to let Adi go, she becomes the very person he can count on. And in some ways, the only person. Thor and Adi were genuinely so much fun to read! Neither of them had issues expressing their attraction, their desires, their needs. I loved her curiosity, the way she wasn’t afraid to say maybe to the unknown. The way Thor made Adi comfortable (effortlessly) did all kinds of things to my switchy sides. The ‘proud of you’s’ did more to me than all the ‘good girls’. When Thor empties his cup, and they both scramble to try to be there for each other…oh my poor heart. One more thing to include: Slade. Yes please, and thank you. Sir.

good girl: 10
kitten: 57

My Favorite Quotes:
• “Doesn’t mean I don’t want to hear you talk dirty to me.”
• “I’m going to eat you until you soak my face, and the bed, and the neighbors come over to plead with me to stop making you scream.”
• “I can see sound.”
• “We both know how much I enjoyed eating you.”
• “Come so hard you soak my face like the good little girl you are.”
• “I need to take care of you.”
• “I’d really like to worship my queen.”
• “Give your girl what she’s begging for, sir.”
• “Please let me come for you.”

Sometimes in a book girls life, you just have to be content reading a book of pure unadulterated filth, sure there's a little bit of a story, but don't sit there and lie to me and say that is what you're reading it for.

I went into this knowing that it was going to be an absolute sausage fest of debauchery, and so it was *sigh*

Pick your kink ladies and gentlemen, roll up roll up and see where the spanks land 😏

this book was rlly good. the spice was also good.

1. character development
i rlly liked that both characters were given the opportunity for growth.

thor starts out as this playboy living a very carefree life. but when a son he didn't know abt is suddenly dumped on him, he's forced to quickly mature. he allows himself to have meltdowns and panic but he gives the best part of himself to him. he takes initiative to learn abt autism and how to adapt his lifestyle to help his son. it's rlly sweet and the transition is very well done.

addison is limited by her lack of confidence in herself, which she slowly overcomes with the help of the ppl around her. she not only learns how to shut out the toxic influences of her family, she begins to have faith in her ideas like her autism friendly clothes lines.

they not only grow as individuals, they also grow as a couple and overcome the bump in their relationship with communication. there's no misunderstanding trope even tho they do have their conflicts becuz they're able to work it out like mature adults. the character work is amazing.

2. the romance
the two of them r so sweet. addison does her best to support thor as he learns how to be a dad, and thor empowers her and helps her find her confidence. they match perfectly. their chemistry is also great and the smut is rlly good. it's so hard to find books that have good smut AND have a plot AND have well developed characters. bonus points for that!

3. words and grammar
there were several instances where the grammar wasn't grammaring or was difficult to understand. it didn't detract from the plot i would just stare at it until i understood or resigned myself to not understanding.

i also dont wanna hear her say love box 😭 like girl plz. there are several instances where the author uses weird euphemisms like that to refer to things which just makes things even weirder. it didn't happen a lot just a couple instance where i would just cringe and continue reading.

anyways this book has strong characters, good plot, and lots of smut. would recommend to anyone who wants a spicy read 😋

I honestly loved everything about this book. The only thing I could want is more!

This is a book under Lasairiona Mcmaster’s 2nd pen name - Lasairiona Lewis.

It’s actually hard for me to write a review cause I really did love everything. This book features around characters we met in Two for Boarding & it made me so happy to see their story. Thor & Adi are just such an incredible couple.

This book features around a sex club called protocol and kink + kink lifestyle & all things kink are discussed and covered. And it’s done so well! You can absolutely tell this was not an element added for shock factor but by an author who cares & did her research.

Also something that is involved so fantastically is Thor our mmc finding out he has an autistic son and learning to handle life with a neurodiverse child. The topic was covered so well & with clear respect.

Thor is described as a Chris Hemsworth & Jason Momoa combo but he has a heart of gold and is a pure cinnamon roll. He is usually a one night stand only kind of guy, but that soon goes out the window with Adi & I loved watching him fall for her.

Just do yourself a favour, read the book & also check out Lasairiona Mcmaster’s other works cause they’re all great!

This is one oft hair books you can’t judge by its cover. Will you get super spicy BDSM and kink exploration? Hell yeah. But will you also get an emotional and sweet story? Double hell yeah.

This book was such a surprise. I am completely new to the author but she’s a local Irish woman and I just had to give this a go. I am so impressed any the writing and the storytelling. Lasairiona is a master at storytelling. She blends spice and a serious topic so well into a compelling story.

What to expect:
💕 BDSM club
💕 Pleasure dom x sub relationship
💕 Single dad
💕 Great chemistry
💕 great side characters
💕 Autism rep that is well written especially to represent a child

I didn’t expect there to be so much debth in this book. Thor and Addison were amazing together. Mature, good communicators and they tackle Thor’s new life as a single dad so well together. Especially to a child who is autistic. The rep here was so well written with respect and care.

Honestly I can’t recommend this book enough. It’s not what I expected and everything I didn’t realise I needed.

Wowzer! The introductory chapters are outstanding and the way Addison, the female protagonist describes her time in the bedroom with Thor is hot but also comical.

Just as the book is focused on Thor and Addison getting to know each other in a submissive/dom relationship, bam! A massive curve ball is thrown into the mix.

This books is hot, funny, has loveable characters and a heart warming story of a man unexpectedly becoming a dad. The child has autism and the author explores a parent navigating his way and learning about his son and the condition. The way the story is weaved between the characters, the plot, the relationship and the child is phenomenal.

Addison's female friends are what every girl needs, strong supportive characters and Thors friends are so caring and loveable.

Cannot recommend this book enough.

New to me author

I am so glad I stumbled on a rec for this book.

As the mother of a SN kiddo I was already intrigued but throw in the k!nk play and pleasure d0m and I was sold.

I really enjoyed the dynamics of the couple and the things they worked on individually and together about themselves and their relationship.

The side characters were intriguing and I'd love to read their stories.

Thor's mom was a hoot and I wouldn't be mad at all if she got herself a silver fox.

Then only think lacking for me was resolution with her family one way or the other.

This is a brand new series and it’s incredible. Addison and Thor are pushed into this new life after a one night stand goes awry. They want to see each other, but circumstances beyond their control make them feel like they can’t. They both have valid reasons for staying away, but they work through their issues and go for it. I absolutely recommend this story and give it a try. You won’t be disappointed and without giving too much away this steam is everything with this too.

Firstly, a huge thank you to the author and her team for sending me a copy of this book.

When I heard one of my favourite sports romance authors was starting a new series centred around a BDSM club and its members, I got so freaking excited… and she did not disappoint!

Thor and Addy’s story was incredible. The family aspects, the friendships, and of course their relationship, all had so much depth and emotion.

One of the reasons I always love this author’s books, is that she writes feisty, sassy women, and men who are at the same time strong, and emotional and vulnerable. This book was no exception. I loved Addison. She worked so hard to process a tonne of family baggage and past trauma, all the while providing support to Thor and Matthew. She learned so much about all of them, and what they needed, and it was so beautiful.

Thor was not only essentially a god, he was so wonderfully supportive and caring. He tried so hard to always be exactly what everyone around him needed, and was not afraid to admit that he didn’t always manage to get it right. He was willing to learn, and be emotionally vulnerable, to show up for the people he loved. Also, his relationship with the other guys from the club was an incredible example of non-toxic make friendship.

And then their relationship. They were so good together. The chemistry was instant, and it just got better and better. The start of their relationship was unconventional to say the least, and certainly presented them with challenges right off the bat, but they made such a strong team. And, Dear Lord, the spice was phenomenal. You may need a cold shower.

I also loved that the whole BDSM/ kink lifestyle was presented in such a healthy, positive way. I can’t wait to see it explored further in this series!

I received Control as an advanced reader copy. All opinions are my own.

I am so glad I had a chance to read this book. It isn't something I would normally read but I absolutely fell in love with it. I could not put it down! The way that the author, Lasairiona Lewis, portrays the emotional responses of her characters is extremely relatable. There are no "secret billionaires" or any of that type of thing. It's one of the most real things I've read in a while.

Addison and Thor are thrust into this new life when a one night stand goes awry. On one hand they definitely want to see each other, but circumstances beyond their control make them feel like the can not. Each character had very valid reasons for trying to stay away, but at the end of the day they work through their issues and go for it.

I really like that Control paints BDSM in a way that heavily promotes Consent, Safety, Trust, and Protection. Most of the BDSM education the world gets is skewed unless they actively go looking and actually care. So even when characters get carried away the author doesn't gloss over it and magically all is forgiven. She writes a very raw and real situation to show the audience how it is supposed to be with love, respect, and honesty.

If you're unsure I'd say go for it. You just might decide to give the Club (or Scene) a chance!

4.5⭐️

I loved this book! Love how realistic everything was!! And loved Addison’s and Thor’s chemistry, relationship and everything else with them💕

Addison’s and Thor’s story start with a one night stand after meeting at a club! The next morning when Addison opens the front door. A 11 year old boy is standing at the doorstep with bags and a letter in hand! Where it says that this is Matthew Thor’s son! The letter also states that Matthew is autistic!
Thor who had no clue he even had a son is shocked by this and Addison runs out the door! But a couple days later she is back at Thor’s place and soon she is Matthew’s new sitter…

The storyline in this book was so well done and I loved that no third act breakup happened🥰
Matthew made the story so much better and I loved his character and how his and Thor’s relationship grew so much throughout the story💕
Addison and Thor just had that special kind of connection, chemistry and love for each other! Loved how they grew with each other and one their own! And how they pushed each other to become better💕

I really liked how the story also showed how it is not always easy with basically everything in life and it’s okay to make mistakes because you’re only human!

And I need to say that the Spiceee in this book OMFG🥵🥵 especially the scene with Salde🫠🫠

Okay read the book you will not regret it❤️

Thank you for the arc Lasairiona🥰
