Motivation is a psychological construct which has long history. I was not really interested in using motivation as my undergraduate theses topic but this thought is totally changing as I read this book. Ford is very good in persuading the reader that his motivation theory is the most comprehensive one. I buy his idea instantly , not only because Ford theory is comprehensive and applicable in every social contexts, but also because this book helps me to comprehend the other motivation theories.
