The book is a fairly enjoyable read, if you don't think too much about it.
A few notes:
The characters apparently not worried about STD or pregnancy
They easily forgive someone who slaughtered cattle mercilessly, poisoned a horse, and almost successfully murdered them
How the two characters get together at the end makes no sense, with Cutter being so smug about his "trump card"
