The Autobiography of W.B. Yeats was one of the most fascinating books I have read. Not sure why. His poetry has a combination of the mystical, poetic form, Irish mystery, and spiritual presence that is magical to me. Perhaps the spiritualism and "occult" around i n his day is kind of hackneyed these days. many of those mediums were just magicians in the practical senses. I think Aleister Crowley was a howling fraud, myself. However, I am a believer in the spiritual and the connection we all must have in a "higher" realm. I was very interested in the connections to Jung, then.
