I was hoping more for a cookbook for how to make some of the items that are only found at Trader Joe's - rather than a cookbook for what to make with the items sold in the store. Still, there were some good and quick recipes in the book.

Kudos to TJ for making a plant based cookbook. Recipes are easy to make and convenient.
