Book 4 in the Why Files?
I appreciate the non-fiction chapter books that go with the picture books and chapter books as they offer another avenue for middle grade readers to explore. Beaty offers explanations and definitions for insects and other anthropods of all sorts. Simple to follow text in a variety of formats.

Was I the only one to notice a mistake on page 31? It says on the graph, 6 legs for a spider and 8 for an insect.
