The first Voluke is a very detailed guide to reach a stat of meta-awareness.

Before going into Volume II, one should read Volume I, of course.

I found Volume II to be motivational, in a sense of seeing the big picture of one's meditation/self-awareness practice.

I also think I have to re-read it just to make sure I got it right :).

I love a lot of the information in this book. . .

But the beginning, when he shouts out to Joe Rogan, that really bothered me and I almost didn't read (listen) to it.

Can you truly trust someone on mind hacking that is religious and rogan biased?

Still great information, but I wonder if I am the product?

Just a heads up for the more science deconstructed minds.

Good insights on non-duality

The book brings good insights on non-duality and makes the topic of enlightenment - much more down to earth. The first few chapters are a bit of topic - but still great read

For happiness.

Read it. And re-read it. And then read it ten more times. And then apply. Or just read once and then apply. x
