I like this cookbook. I have been to most of these restaurants and made quite a few of the recipes and they have all turned out wonderful! I think that the foods represented here are very reminiscent of my Charleston experiences.

A kinda disappointing look at some restaurants in Charleston. I really didn't get much out of it.
