Not really my kind of book but I needed an author with a name starting with X for a reading challenge...

This is the first book of the new series regarding the Triad. This time it is the children of the Triad. They have a new mission to reunite the Hienial-Halflings and give them a home planet. Ryo is the eldest so he will be the leader if he can bring them all together. This story is about Arabella, Merrick and Viktor. Arabella had a vision regarding the Hienial-Halfings and when she calls a meeting to show Ryo the support he would get, she finds one of her mates. Merrick is grateful that he found his mate but has a feeling that he will be part of a triad as well. When they leave on the ship convoy, they received a distress call and it turns out that it is their third. Viktor is another Hienial-Halfling and is stunned to find his mate and doesn't realize that he is fated to be a part of a triad.
