This book was better than I thought it was going to be. Usually these types of self-help books are kind of gimmicky and really don't apply to real life. But this was somewhat different. The book is more about the physiology of how to influence people and get them to do what you want. It is more along the lines of a sales and marketing book than a self-help book. The examples used are really interesting and the book shows how you word and approach an issue can have a significant effect on how people respond. I don't think there is anything in there that I'll use in everyday life but all in all I found it really interesting. The book is written well and will hold your interest throughout.
