Gw di minta untuk baca buku ini tidak lama gw diterima kerja di kantor gw. Bos gw bilang, gw harus paham dasar-dasar berkomunikasi.

6 langkah penting dalam berkomunikasi. Sudah bertahun-tahun gw masih juga belum memahami bagaimana melakukan komunikasi yang baik. Dari 6 step, mungkin hanya beberapa step yang sangat gw pahami. Tapi gw selalu mencoba untuk bisa menjadi lebih baik.
