This is by quite some margin the best work I've read on this topic. Harvey is clear, well organized, never over-simplifies, and somehow manages to cover a great deal of ground in such a short work while always acknowledging the limitations of the text she's written. Here is not only an overview of the issues at stake but also an imperative of the way forward. To paraphrase my professor: "Harvey's book is off the chain". Forget DiAngelo's work; this is the one people should be reading instead.
