My daughter (three years old) loves this book. It is one of the books she picks to read almost every night. Gerry the giraffe and his mom are out walking one day, and he gets distracted and loses her. He gets a little mixed up in his search for her and on every page discovers "that's not my mom!". My daughter giggles every time I say that part. The ending is super sweet.
This book tickles me. The illustrations are fun. It helps you think outside the box, too, because you see one little feature that's the same as a giraffe for all these different animals. Really like it!
