An excellent guide for anyone looking to use photographic filters, and a great refresher for anyone who might have been away from it for a while (like myself). This book goes in-depth, is almost entirely illustrated with image examples, and even covers how to do many similar techniques post-capture in Photoshop.

A very helpful book if you want to start using filters or just want to know the difference between a GND and a Grad Blue filter. Covers all the day-to-day filters ie polarizers, uv,neautral density etc but it doesn't cover every type of creative filter but star bursts, soft focus and coloured filters for B&W are included.
