I found this book most interesting ! i would have liked more on 'rarer disorders', it has a good section for websites etc at the back i recommend this book for anyone who has an interest in the variety or arthritis disorders

A reasonable / straightforward guide to the affliction – but the proposed exercises seem a little ambitious to me.
