Ok, but again, Papa is shown as a dolt which is hardly a Christian attitude to show to children. Also, it seemed a little simplistic in it's appreciation for God's creation. Kids are way more observant than that!

I liked the emphasis on getting outside and turning off the TV. Short but sweet book.

One again, Mama Bear has pulled the plug on the TV set and Brother and Sister Bear are forced out into the world. Papa Bear is again an idiot.
Why do they have to just beat you over the head with messages that aren't even all that accurate. Truly, how many kids have access to the kind of world that Brother and Sister Bear do? Telling them to go outside is sometimes quite scary for kids. Or dismal. Don't give this book to your kids unless you intend to follow it up with a nice trip to the park or something.

I'll be grateful when COVID-19 gets eradicated. I want to go back into the world. I miss my daily jaunts. Hard times don't last forever.

Great theme about getting outside and away from the TV! My new little reader is proud to read this sweet book.
