Clan Dominance: The Sleepless Ones #6
Clan Dominance: The Sleepless Ones #6
Rosgard is in dire need of leveling up and acquiring new skills to use his unique spell. And yet Waldyra thwarts his efforts by offering him another temptation. How could one fail to use the opportunity of visiting a mysterious and unexplored location known as The Great Beyond?Even though the most powerful clan in Waldyra — The Sleepless Ones — is joining him, the journey is bound to be a rough ride. Still, Rosgard hardly has any choice in the matter. After all, his pet Tyrant, the black and white wolf cub, is one of the keys to The Great Beyond. The famous Silver Legend item set doesn't let him forget about it, either. He receives new information about some of the artifacts that are part of the set in question, and he has to act quickly, lest someone more cunning beats him to the set.Besides, he has plenty of other issues to take care of — both in Waldyra and IRL. Rosgard will have to think really hard in order to get the prize and make sure he keeps the title of the Great Navigator.

First, my review, then it’s time for a new copypasta:
“This was a fun book. I am glad that I read it. You should try it too.”
I am not a bot even though my reviews are identical. Of course, that is what a bot would say trying to pass itself off as human. But I would argue that trying to pass as human is enough to at least qualify as a reviewer.
I enjoyed this book, so my goal is to promote it and help the author. I am not going to share my reasoning, thoughts on the book, or any opinions that would influence your decision to read it. It is my opinion that Art needs to be experienced at an individual level. You are the only one that can determine what you like and don’t like. Don’t let others make that decision for you. You should definitely read the book and completely ignore all of the reviews. Or not if you don’t think this book is for you. That choice is all yours and the beauty of art appreciation. You are a much better judge of what you will like than anyone here.
As always, I am open to debates and arguments, but also vain enough to seek acknowledgement, so feel free to roast me or applaud my efforts. Either is acceptable, because if you are paying attention to me then you are at least considering the book. And THAT my friends is exactly why you see my comments here.
Cheers

Audiobook quality. Great as always.
Review has light spoilers but nothing big.
Book: for a lot of it it felt a bit like it was suffering from middle book series as it was doing a lot of the expository tasks set up by a lot for the threads that were in the air; not helped by the rough cliffhanger / scene transition of the end of the previous book.
Rosgard, and I too, had forgotten he had a mage focus, though it was interesting seeing how the powerhouses of Waldyra played and functioned during the Great Beyond section.
Glad to have him pursuing the silver legend quest line again and interested to see where Snessa appears next.
We even had an interaction with Snessus via Orbit. I can't recall if Snessus appeared previously.
I want to know more about the ancient guardians and if Snessus and Snessa are light deities, though I suspect Snessus to be dark.
...
GIVE HER A NAME DANG IT (leaving this without context on purpose. When you finish this entry in the series this statement will make sense)

Book 6 in this LitRPG fantasy series about an online virtual reality game. I'm still noticing translation errors or typos here and there but not enough to be overly distracting. This book was more action packed and focused heavily on the online world which is a good thing in my opinion. The first half was fully dedicated to a large raid. The second half was Ros spending money and trying to get more set items. At this point it is guaranteed that I will finish out the series.

Disappointing
In the first half of the story The MC translations to a support character and narrator.
Then it becomes worse. The plot looses all coherence and rambles on. As if a substitute writer was given the notes and all to fill pages. I went through till 63 % then started skimming, eventually giving up at 75% . This is a big disappointment.

Book six
This is another series where I get ARC's to check the translation from Russian to English.
I was reading this series when the author was publishing with Google translation. The story now makes more sense thanks to professional translation and is a good read with lots of loot.

lol, how the table turns. Bottoms are up. Heat is lost. Time constraints make the noobs dance to ulterior moves.

Another excellent volume in the series
I must say, I’ve found the structure of these books to quite i-i-i-i-interesting. Please keep writing and I will gladly keep reading.
