I'm really usually not into this genre. It's not my thing at all. But Dani always manages to sneak me into genres I don't like, and she makes it worthwhile!!!! LOVED THIS STORY!!! Entertaining. Sweet. Sexy! I loved spending time with the two leading characters.

You know what I love most about author Dani René? Her versatility and dependability as an author. I can’t say that every single one of her books, that I have read, have been 5+ star reads, but the ones that haven’t are few and far between. All you have to do is look at her backlist and you’ll know what I’m saying. Brazen Bachelor ticked off all my feel-good boxes and it made my heart happy. Colton won me over almost from the very beginning and who wouldn’t want to be Violet? Excellent choices Dani made with these two characters. I felt like I could be their friend. I felt like I could be in the story. They both had spark to their personality and it just made their story that much more fun to read.

I loved Colton and Violet's story. It was so sweet to see Colton transform and want to be a better man for her.
Violet has insecurities and she is struggling to deal with them.
This story was sweet and so realistic that I felt like I was actually witnessing this love play out.

Brazen Bachelor really was an incredibly well-written story with wonderful characters.
A story of totally opposite people who had everything to go wrong, but with each turn of the page we learn from these two characters that the old saying really applies "Opposites attract".
A hot romance full of challenges, passion and lust made this story a roller coaster of emotion.
Violet, an insecure young journalist, that she struggles daily to cope with.
Colton single model, with good looks and personality and well coveted.
They see their worlds collide when they meet, making them both know their true personalities that no one has ever seen, and each day their approach creates something different in their lives.
Will they really be together with his career and she as the one who is writing about him? You will have to read this incredible book to find out.

Brazen Bachelor is my first book from this author and it was so good!! Colton and Violet had chemistry for days!! Violet doesn't think a guy like Colton could ever actually be interested in her, and part of her feeling that way is her childhood and growing up with a sister that she felt was so much better then she was. It has stayed with her, and now when she meets the absolutely gorgeous model Colton she feels is so out of her league, but is he really? What Dani did with this story is make the characters..mostly Violet see that not everything is what it seems, and sometimes you have to actually have a conversation with someone to see their side. So in saying that will Violet give Colton a chance to prove that he does see her, and likes her for who she is? you'll just have to read this awesome book to find out!!

First book by Dani Rene and it was enjoyable. It was insta-love between Colton and Violet. He is a model and knows he is handsome so he was thrown off kilter when Violet turned down his advances. He never gets turned down. But Violet has image and trust issues and she doesn’t want to get her heart broken. In the end, they get to know the real person behind the outer appearance. Lots of chemistry and banter with a hea.

Colton and Violet's story was a joy to read. While Colton, whom is a model, seems to have it all; the looks, the personality, the fame and wealth, he's soo much more inside. Violet sees the real Colton and her insecurities of her past make it extremely hard to believe he's into her. I loved their story and how they were able to overcome their insecurities and go for what they wanted.

I loved reading Violet Kennedy and Colton King's story.
The Brazen Bachelor had all the feels. A young somewhat shy wowan, an over confident man, or so it would seem.
Their's truly was a completely mismatch beginning.
A young journalist who has always kept to herself, never in the limelight. Then there is Colton King larger than life known world wide and a male underwear model.
Imagine Violet's surprise when even after each refusal Colton still seeks her out.
It was a funny, sexy read about two beautifully written characters.

I loved everything about this book! It made me laugh and it made me cry, which only proves how great it is. Colton is a model who comes to NY to further his career. What he didn’t expect was to have his mind and heart taken with a young woman by the name of Violet. These two are such endearing characters. While Colton may be in the limelight, he wants to show Violet that they can make a go of a relationship. But Violet had doubts, as things from her past come to light. Can Colton prove that they belong together? Will Violet let him into her life and heart? If you want to know, then do yourself a favor and read this delightful story!

4.5 Star Review Brazen Bachelor (Cocky Hero Club) by Dani Rene
One of the fun things about the Cocky Hero Club is that I have found a number of new authors to read, such as Dani Rene.
Although not a long read, Brazen Bachelor was an entertaining, at times emotional story about Colton King and Violet Kennedy. From the first time they meet there is a definite connection between them but they are opposites and Violet is focused on her career as a journalist and has no time for romance, let alone with mode land Bachelor of the Year, Colton.
When her editor requests she write a story on Colton, she has no choice. As they get to know one another, Violet realizes that there is more to Colton than meets the eye, he is a caring, swoon worthy man who ticked the boxes for me. I felt for Violet as she struggled with her insecurities and I loved how supportive Colton was with her, although there were times that e frustrated me too.
This was at times an angsty, certainly steamy and emotional read that left me with a smile on my face. Can Colton convince Violet that she truly is the woman he wants or will Violet let her insecurities rule her life?

Colton is a man that every woman wants to be near and with, Violet has her career set as her main priority and has no desire to be in a relationship anytime soon. When a job has these two crossing paths their connection is clear as day but following thorough on those feelings is a different story. We learn throughout the story that there’s so much more to a person that meets the eye. I relate to Violet in so many ways as her story unfolds, reading Ida’s advice provided truth and women empowerment and I loved this writer without knowing any more about them. Colton truly is a gentleman and the little things he does leaves me swooning time and time again and then there were times where I wanted to slap him upside the head and yell “what are you doing?!” A wonderful read from beginning until the very end that left me with happy tears falling down my face. Highly recommend read.

This is another wonderful addition to this awesome series and is Colton and Violet’s story. Colton is a sexy model who is used to getting what he wants, and when he meets Violet who is a journalist and has been sent by her editor to interview him, he is taken aback when she refuses his advances. These two are total opposites, and Violet struggles with her insecurities and trust issues, while Colton just want a chance to prove to her that he is so much more than he has been made out to be. This is a beautifully written story which is heartfelt, sweet, emotional, and with realistic and engaging characters. I was captivated throughout this addictive page turner, and I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend for all.

Brazen Bachelor is a fast paced story that takes us on a journey of not only love but growth and overcoming insecurities. Colton wasn't prepared for Violet and when she comes into his world all his ideas of how he saw his life might just change. As your perceptions of Colton change from just a pretty face who just wants to be a brazen bachelor to a man with a huge heart, you will be pulled into a heartfelt, captivating story that is overflowing with a chemistry that cannot be ignored. An emotional passionate love story that is not only hot and steamy but a sweet romance.

I enjoyed Colton and Violet’s book. I felt a little bad for Violet with the way her family treated her for years. I could absolutely understand her hesitation with starting anything with Colton.
I didn’t really care for him in the very beginning. I could have done without his tryst in the very beginning. Especially with him immediately wanting something with Violet.
I felt like the ending was a bit rushed. I wished we had seen how Colton finally handled everything. Instead it just skipped to the epilogues.

Oh my🔥❤ Colton & Violet love story is adorable and I haven't read a story like this before. I fell in love with this two straight away!!
Basically they have to keep the relationship a secret until they 100% on it while he working that is keeping him in New York. I love that they truely want to be together but they want to make sure its VERY REAL.

I loved Colton and Violet’s love story. Dani was a new author to me and I wasn’t disappointed. Colton is a cocky model and is in New York on a assignment when he meets Violet and it’s an instant attraction. Colton is a man who knows what he wants and isn’t afraid to go get it and it’s Violet but she has some past issues. This book is part of The Cocky Hero Club but can be read as a standalone. Colton is a true ladies man. Violet is a woman who's always felt in the shadows since her childhood. Two total opposites but they fit together. Can they truly be together with his career and her as the one writing about him? Having to keep their relationship a secret takes a toll on Violet. You'll have to read this awesome book to find out. I loved their journey. This is the first book I've read by this author and I LOVED IT!!! I couldn't put it down. I am in a book hangover right now and wouldn't have it any other way. And I now have a new author to follow.

I really hope this world of cocky hero’s never ends because I’m finding so many fantastic new authors to follow as well as sooo many new book boyfriends and once again we have a wonderful addition to the the club with Brazen Bachelor. This is a quick read but it still packs a mighty punch and it’s certainly an entertaining story that I have no hesitation in recommending.
This is top male model Colton King and journalist Violet Kennedy’s story and boy do they have a steamy, emotional tale to tell. Colton is in New York for some photo shoots, his career is very important and with him being at the top in his profession as well as Bachelor of the Year, there is little time for love or relationships but when he meets the stunning beauty assigned to write a piece on him he is left thinking maybe he needs to make time.....
Violet is determined to be successful in the career she has chosen so that means no dating the men she interviews but Colton is more than just a model and she wants to see the man behind the photos.
So will this couple put their careers aside to give love a try, will they reach a happy medium and can Colton convince Violet that she really is the woman he wants....
Well I guess you need to read the book to find that out.

Violet works for a women's magazine, she is given an opportunity to attend a party and get the exclusive with Colton. If she nails it she is in for a promotion. One rule in the deal, no “Extracurricular Activities” or she loses the interview. Violet is very professional and has no issues with it, she’s got this.
When Colton meets Violet, he’s intrigued by her. She doesn’t seem to be pulled in by his charm, which gets his attention even more. I may not be the guy you take home to your mother, but I’m certainly the man who will make you scream my name over and over again until you’ve forgotten your own.
Will Colton be able to convince Violet to give him a chance? Can they have something more?
Overall I really enjoyed this book, I was pulled right in and didn’t want to stop reading. I really liked both Colton and Violet, they were perfect for each other. We get several twists and turns to the story. All of the characters were great, although I didn’t care too much for Colton’s PR person very much. 3.5-4 stars - a sexy, fun read.

Colton King is nowhere near ready to settle down but from the moment he meets Violet Kennedy, he's utterly captivated and there's no way he's letting a non-fraternisation clause get in the way of his pursuit of her.
"It's the gentlest of kisses, but the passion emanating from his touch captures the breath in my lungs."
Violet has been waiting for her big break and it comes in the form of Colton King, the Brazen Bachelor - the face of Brazen underwear. In spite of her immense attraction to him, her future career is on the line, and she's not going to let a known player jeopardise it. However, it get harder and harder to deny him when he's showing genuine persistence in the face of her resistance.
"She's everything to me, the air in my lungs, the light in my life and the star in my dark night."
This was a pretty fast fall into love. The story moved along at a good pace and I enjoyed the growing relationship between Violet and Colton. I enjoyed his persistence and determination to prove that he was more than his reputation. I loved that he was completely genuine about his feelings for Violet, but she had some hang-ups about herself, having grown up in the shadow of her beautiful older sister. I enjoyed their banter and sassiness, and their sexual chemistry was pretty hot. Overall, a great, quick, easy read that was fun and sexy!

Brazen Bachelor is a part of Cocky Hero Club world but a total standalone. Wow this was the sweetest book. I enjoyed immensely every single page of it, and never wanted it to end. It was well developed, well written, eloquent and thought out. I liked everything about this book and writing which just flowed, seemed effortless and had me engrossed to the story from start to finish.
Colton and Violet were excellent. They had an instant, great connection and chemistry. They were so adorable and cute. Their build up was amazing and really timed out very well. They don’t have everything figured out but I love the way he wanted to be a better person for her. Colton and Violet are an amazing couple. I loved their flirty banter and sassiness. They both have insecurities and demons they need to confront. This is such good opposites attract story. While they are getting to know each other their feelings grow more and more. Colton and Violet simply understand each other. Maybe they don’t make sense but when they are together – they are just perfect and exactly what they need in order to heal and move on from the scars of their past.
Brilliant! It kept my attention at all times and I could not put it down. Highly recommend

It's not a secret that I love stories written by Ms. Rene, and I wish that there would be more of them, but to the book - this story is set in the world created by Vi Keeland and Penelope Ward, and other authors created their own additions around Cocky Hero Club. This kind of collaboration I find really intriguing and always enjoy it.
The story started with us meeting Colton, a man that knows his own value and has no security issues, he just lives the ost of his life as one of the most well-known underwear male models. His job brings him to America from London, a complete change of setting that always can bring some unexpected things t your life! Will Colton find something in this new city?
Violet is a character that many of us women will be able to relate to, as she's working so hard for her own good position as a journalist, but... when fate will put Colton on her way, will she manage to stay away from him or what she feels for hi will bring her to the wall of her own insecurities?
Another wonderful read! Especially with empowerment parts on Ida's column, that I loved so much as well!

5 sweet brazen stars!
I absolutely adored Colton, the brazen bachelor and his sweet treat Violet.
I loved every chapter, every page, every word.
Their story is a sweet, heartwarming, instant connection, love story and is not to be missed.
Colton King and Violet Kennedy both love their careers and have worked hard to get to where they are. Their paths cross at an interview and there is an instant attraction.
But growing up Violet lost a lot of confidence in herself. So when outgoing, confident, underwear model Colton shows an interest in her, she thinks she'll end up getting hurt.
Colton has never wanted to settle down and be a one woman kinda man. But after spending time with journalist Violet and getting to really know her, he knows he's meant to be on this journey with her.

This book is inspired by Vi and Penelope's books Stuck Up Suit and British Bedmate. One of the things I loved was that characters from those books appeared in this book. I loved being able to catch up with the characters and see what they are up to. Plus I loved that the Dear Ida column was also in the story and that Violet wrote to Ida for advice from time to time. Ida's advice is always spot on!!! Violet and Colton's story was such an enjoyable read, I didn't want to put this book down. I loved their chemistry, witty banter and how Colton really had to work to get a chance with Violet. Their relationship in the beginning was a little bit forbidden due to the wording of the contract they were under but I loved how that didn't stop Colton from pursuing Violet. For his part, Colton has a past of being a bit of a womanizer, but I loved how everything changed for him when Violet came into the picture. There story wasn't easy but the journey to their HEA was so darn good. I highly recommend checking out this book!

Aww this is such a cute story, I loved underwear model and Brazen Bachelor Colton who loves the perk of his job especially the women and he can never endeavour settling down but his best friend Simon has it all now the house, the wife, the kids and he feels a little envious but soon shrugs this notion off, he has New York to look forward too and new opportunities until he us approached by Journalist Violet who at first seems a little reserved but is taken aback by how hot Colton is but she knows the type of man he is and wants to keep her distance but he's persistent.
I loved reading about Colton and Violet and how he had to earn Violet's trust even when many hurdles where put in the way he jumped over them to make sure Violet is his and you also see a feisty side to Violet who keeps the bachelor on his toes.
Dani René wrote a fantastic book as part of A Cocky Hero Club and it's a great addition to the series and so swoon-worthy I'd love to read more about Colton and Violet.
