I thought the story was very well written and the the characters were so real. I really felt their Sadness and happiness. I recommend the book. If you like historical fiction, you will really like this book.
What a wonderful book. I enjoy it from the first words to the last.I just think k the story was written to please everyone.I will be reading many more of your books.
This is the story of lasting friendship. When Lady Rachael is destined to marry the evil old Lord Symington, her friend, Lady Edith helps her escape. Unfortunately for Edith, the rich old man discovers her involvement; wants revenge, and she will have to pay a hefty price. The two young women correspond over time, embellishing their true situations and hiding other truths from each other. I enjoyed this novel. I'm all for a happy ending, so I would recommend this book.
