Artificial Intelligence in Practice follows the same format as Big Data in Practice, featuring about 50 real world case studies of how companies use artificial intelligence and machine learning today. Like the previous book, the author starts with a general introduction to AI and machine learning and then goes on to individual chapters highlighting companies from some of the world's biggest brands to smaller businesses, covering all sectors and industries. Each chapter follows the same structure ?] 1. overview of company, 2. problem AI is helping to address, 3. how AI was used, 4. technical details, 5. key learning points.
It's very suitable for person who have just started with AI. It don't include too much aspects of deep major and very easy to understand and to know. Apart from that, this consists of many interesting story about AI and giants in AI( GG, Micorsolf, ALibaba...and more and more-which are very attractive and not boring (like me think before). In conclusion, I think it is very helpful special in this time when AI become a main part of 4.0 revolution
Perhaps useful for someone still needing convincing that their industry is being impacted by AI. The book doesn’t tell a story about AI but provides 50 brief case studies from across industries to give a flavor of the breadth of possibilities and challenges.
