MAKE UP TO BREAK UP...THAT'S LENNY AND ME I thought I'd have it made once I had a steady boyfriend...until Lenny and I got together. At first it was heaven, just like I'd imagined. Nobody could make me feel as happy as he did. But then the fireworks started. Lenny was wild, and sometimes I loved the crazy things he did. But I sure didn't love the way he cut school and flirted with other girls. He had a talent for making me mad, and when that happened...watch out! We'd always kiss and make up, and I'd fall in love all over again. But then he'd pull some crazy new stunt, and I'd blow up again. I couldn't help but wonder...how would we ever get it right?

My all time favorite book as a middle grade student.

I adored it! This book was very enjoyable and I could relate to Linda's character so much! There was never a dull moment in this book. From the fights, to the make-ups, laughter, and tears. I've read it over and over.

This book was the one that started my passion for reading. I have three Linda Lewis books in the attic that I plan on giving to my daughter. I loved this book as a pre-teen...and I can't wait until my daughter is old enough to read it!!

Yeah, this one is definitely rated by my teenage self. While the others one's were eye-rollingly cutesy in a boy-crazy way, this one was so drama! And while that is quite true my (my) teenage life, it was kind of irritating to read about!
