Hope Delacorte is CEO of a baby/toddler clothing company. She's spent 4 years in a relationship that died when she told him she wanted a baby.
Her old high school nemesis, Josh Kincaid has avoided marriage. When they meet again by accident, they become friends. Hope tells him her time to have a child is running out and she's planning to do something about it. He volunteers to be the father. They finally figure out they really want to be married and all works out.
