The Immortal Vow

Rate this book
A young woman facing death. A man racing against time. And an upcoming war that might be the end of it all …

When Drake and I arrived at our new home, I could pretend it had been all a dream. A nightmare. Here, we are safe and happy—and together.

Our safety and comfort are only temporary.

Drake and I know that to reach the peace we seek, to be really free of the past, we need to return and fight back. We need to put an end to this chaos and madness. We need to face the vampires, the witches, the werewolves, and we need to win.

But since fleeing the last battle, I’ve been sick and it’s only getting worse. If we can’t find a way of saving me, I’ll die soon.

I just hope it’s after we win this war.

An exciting and mysterious paranormal romance novel, The Immortal Vow is an exquisite new adult fantasy featuring a brooding vampire prince and a spirited witch queen. Fans of A Shade of Vampire by Bella Forrest and The Vampire Diaries will become addicted to this series!

The Immortal Vow by Julianna Haygert a five-star read you will vow to love. This is the third book in the Rite of the Vampire saga and they have gone from strength to strength, we have seen Thea Harrington and Drake DuMoir come together and become so much stronger, but will they be strong enough to win a war, add to It Thea’s sickness and probable death if they don’t figure a way to save her before time runs out, it creates a thrilling read, that will have you reading each page quicker than the last, it’s a compelling read and you will need to finish this book once you start it so don’t start reading it if you don’t have time t finish it in one sitting. Thank you Julianna Haygertyou’re your amazing words.

I received ARCs of the first two books in this series and really enjoyed them, so I was excited to receive an email from the author offering me an ARC of this book! Luckily I was able to start reading this book as soon as I received it because I had just finished my current read! I also could sort of remember what happened at the end of the last book, but this book did a fantastic job of reminding you what happened and continuing the characters story! The plot also developed at a fast pace and only took me a few sittings to read because it was so short! I loved the direction that the author took the plot in and she put in a few twist and turns too! These changed the plot a lot and explained a lot of things! There were a few hot scenes in the plot too, and they were really, really hot! The characters were also amazing and made this book even better! Thea was again the main female character, and in this book she was sort of all over the place and was having a hard time catching a break! This made me feel sorry for her! Thea also discovered quite a few big secrets in this book and these had a big impact on her and her future! Thea was strong though and tried her best to keep going! She was also determined in this book and just wanted to win the war and have peace! Drake was again the main male character and love interest of Thea! I loved Drake a lot in this book! He was again seriously hot and very, very protective of Thea! He had even more reason to be in this book! Drake also always stood by Thea and he supported her with her decisions! This made me have a lot of respect for him! Drake had also come a long way from the first book and I felt like he knew himself more and found what he was always looking for! I loved that this book was written from both Thea and Drake's point of views like the first two books were! The synopsis made it sound like it was only going to be written from Thea's point of view, but the first two books were written from dual point of view, so I'm really happy that this book was too! It allowed for me to connect and understand both characters more and it allowed for more things to happen in the plot, especially as the characters spent a small bit of time apart! I'm also really sad this book is the final book in this series! I've really enjoyed this series and it's been a bit of a roller-coaster journey for the characters, so I'm sad that their journey is over! The ending was left at the perfect place though and summed up the characters romance beautifully! I now can't wait to check out this author's other books that I haven't read yet and give them a read! I can't wait to see what she's going to release next too! The cover for this book is also perfect for it! I loved it as soon as I saw it and it suits the other covers in the series perfectly! I love that it has both Thea and Drake on it and the models are again perfect representations of them! Big thank you to Juliana for an ARC of The Immortal Vow!

I absolutely loved every moment of reading this story from the very first book to this one! I am really hoping there will be more of this story to come. But even if there isn’t the ending was wonderful anyways. It’s by far one of my favorite reads! I highly recommend this series! It’s super addicting and leaves you wanting more! The characters are kickass and the romance is swoon worthy! It’s AWESOME! Author Juliana Haygert has made me a fan!

**** This book was issued by the author. An honest review was given by choice, not in exchange for anything****

What a fitting end to this series. I wondered often where this story was headed. What would happen to everyone. I'm so pleased and happy, elation is a word that comes to mind. This book had so many ups and downs that I couldn't begin to guess what the outcome would be. These 5 characters deserved some peace!

Juliana is truly gifted. Read the series from start to end!

Boy oh boy does Juliana Haygert’s Rite of the Vampire series get better and better. I’ve now finished book 3, The Immortal Vow, and let me just say “wow”. This novel truly is, quite simply, wonderful. This tale had just what I wanted and was well written and with a great plot and great cast of characters. Thea, the lead here, is perfectly crafted and her supporting cast (especially her beloved Drake) is also superb. It’s an emotional rollercoaster of a story this time, but well worth the ride.

But for the fact that I’m literally dictating this review to my husband from my hospital bed I could go on and on with praises - the book definitely deserves it. Since I can’t do that I will simply note that the book is most definitely one to read, it is easy to highly recommend

A wonderful end to such a great story. Thea and Drake are such a strong couple and very devoted to each other. Together they face no matter what is thrown at them and try to prevail. There’s a lot of surprises and action that keep you turning the page wanting to know what happens next. As the plot unravels quickly it makes you feel like you’re at the edge of the seat as each character must determine who are friend or foe. This book was definitely well written with strong characters and an intriguing plot it’s worth the read, I highly recommend it!

Thanks to the author for providing a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review!

A truly satisfying conclusion to this trilogy. I've read the first 2 of this series and eagerly awaited this final installment and it doesn't disappoint. The romance between witch Thea and vampire Drake is further complicated in this installment as the paranormal world is in upheaval. They and their friends, a werewolf, a ghost and a warlock, are in hiding from the other powerful being around them. This story is full of suspense and emotion with a fulfilling end to the saga.

Wow this story is amazing. Drake & Thea face everything that’s thrown at them and still manage to smile. This entire series is full of twists and turns that you don’t see coming, but I couldn’t stop reading.
(I received an ARC in return for an honest review, but I will be buying it when it’s released!)

Holy Immortal Love!!!!

I'm in awe of the epic conclusion of the "Rite Of The Vampire Saga" Juliana brought love, war, intrigue, magic. Incredibly written characters, a strong, powerful storyline that keeps you turning the pages late into the night.

I don't think Juliana plans for a spin-off, if she did, I would be first in line to buy a copy!!! Amazing read!

The Inmortal Vow was Amazing ❤️❤️❤️

I love Drake and Thea, their scenes are tenderness and passion combined.❤️❤️❤️ 🔥🔥🔥

When Thomas found out the truth, my heart broke for him and Drake 💔💔💔 and when he said goodbye I cried 😭😭😭

I spent the whole book suffering for Thea, I didn't want her to die 😞😞😞 and when she didn't, relief came back to me.🙌🙌🙌

When Morda died jump for joy,👏👏👏 I hated her so much 🤬🤬🤬

I loved the end of this first trilogy.❤️❤️❤️

Rite of Vampire saga was amazing ❤️❤️❤️

4 - 4.5 Stars

The Immortal Vow is the third book in the Rite World Universe by Juliana Haygert - which is a captivating, interconnected tapestry of paranormal romance and fantasy adventure. And rather than being a single series, it’s a shared world where multiple storylines - each with its own MCs, conflicts, and romances – all woven together amongst plenty of supernatural intrigue.
What makes this universe stand out is the huge variety of supernatural beings -vampires, witches, shifters, angels, and more – who are all coexisting in a world that feels both magical and dangerous. Ms. Haygert has a knack for blending fast-paced action with plenty of emotional depth, ensuring that battles and betrayals are balanced by heartfelt relationships and the character’s personal growth.
While each series within the universe can be enjoyed on its own, reading them all offers a rewarding sense of continuity and layered worldbuilding.
So, if you enjoy supernatural worlds with high stakes, sizzling romance, and characters you’ll want to follow on any adventure, then this universe is a binge-worthy contender.
Happy Reading…

Great ending

The author did a great job tying the story up. There was plenty of action and I liked the characters. The chemistry between drake and thea was impressive and I think something is brewing with luana and keeran. I am glad I have this series a shot, it was a great read.

I am so tired of having the mate of a vampire refuse and become totally disgusted with the idea of being turned into a vampire. If they hate vampires so much, why in the world are they with one. You cannot love someone without accepting them fully. It was not a huge concern in this book, since it was only brought up a couple of times. But it just totally irks me and I hate when author's do this. Oh well, it is what it is.

4 ⭐️ This is my review for the series as a whole....

This was a fun, action packed, binge worthy supernatural romance series! I absolutely enjoyed the series as a whole and I can't wait to read all of Juliana Haygert's books!

The storyline and plot was easy to follow, the romance was steamy and the spice was "nice" 😉

I have been reading a lot of high fantasy lately and this series was a breath of fresh air and a nice pallet cleanser for me.

Rite of the Vampire definitely gave off The Vampire Diaries vibes and for someone who LOVED that series, I absolutely ate this up! I really enjoyed all the twist and turns throughout the series and I would definitely recommend this as something you can binge and have a good time reading.

Thrilling conclusion to this gripping fantasy series. All is about to come to a head! Our intrepid four are in hiding - an unusual quartet - a vampire, a witch, a werewolf and a ghost joined by an untrained warlock. Will they be able to bring the different supernatual communities together?
Well written tale that has everything you want to keep you hooked - romance, devotion, friendship, drama, twists and turns and plenty of action.
Ideal for those who love the superntural world.
I was lucky enough to receive an ARC from the author herself.

Starts weird. All powerful witch splits up the witches into clans=goes wrong. Then she gives the half of her energy=goes wrong. So after 2 big oopsies she just gives away all her remaining power to a not even born baby? Like. Stop making the big decisions on your own...
The she goes to kill Morda. Sees the heart but doesn't want to take it because Morda would get mad... Who cares if she gets mad. You are planning to kill her, she won't like that either...

I received a free copy of this book directly from Ms. Haygert. Thank you Juliana, this is my review.

I thought this novel was a great conclusion to this paranormal series. Your favourite characters from the previous novels are back and ready for war.

So many surprising twists and turns within the pages of this final installment. I highly recommend this series !

Action Packed Supernatural Romance

This book is better then the first 2, with well developed characters and some new added into the mix, battles and action along with magic. Nice closure to Thea and Drake. Also one main character has my middle name 😁, Luana. Does have a few spelling and grammar errors but does not stop you from continuing on with this story.

What a great ending to Drake and Thea’s story! I was sad to see Thomas go but so glad he forgave Drake. Thea surviving and giving birth to Queen of All Witches leaves me wanting to see Aurora’s story now! For now I will continue on with Keeran’s and Luana’s story. So glad I found this series and I am definitely a new fan!

what a ending

Wow these three books really pulled me along, I had to download the next and then the next just to find out how it would all wrap up. Great battles, intense love and some new supernaturals to meet. Excited to find out how K and L will mesh as it’s obvious he already loves her.

A good story.

I enjoyed this story. There is action, surprises and steamy scenes. Thea and Drake fight against their enemies together. I give this four stars instead of 5 because of stupid things some of the characters do.
