Join rabbit as he eats the farmer’s carrots, sneaks past a waiting owl and snuggles up in a burrow with his family. But what happens when Spring approaches and he meets a pretty doe? This bright, engaging board book follows a simple story about a little rabbit in the wild and is the perfect first introduction to nature for little ones. Each page features bright, bold illustrations and includes a window or a flap to encourage children to read on and discover what happens next.
This was a cute little board book with a basic life cycle of a rabbit. Cute cut out pages and nice illustrations. My baby was engaged and continued to flip through the pages after we were done reading.
A cute little introduction to rabbits. I thought it was hilarious that the author included information about rabbit poop, but my kiddo is not old enough yet to think poop is funny, so I was laughing by myself. Oh well...someday. :)
Jack borrowed this book from the Ashland Public Library.
It has very pretty illustrations and follows a rabbit through it life, from eating to hibernating to making lots of little rabbit babies (obviously, a few scenes are skipped there). Jack stood and looked at the book the whole time I read it.
A solid picture book that explores the life of little rabbit. Little hands will enjoy flipping the pages as there are some non traditionally shaped pictures that are fun to turn and hold.
Actually a really cute book for kids learning to count, identify objects in nature, and learn about animals they can easily identify. One of my daughter's favorites.
